VThink Software Inc. specialises in Salesforce Industries for telecommunications and energy and utilities. We are a small senior team: the architect who scopes your program is the one who designs it. Founded in 2025.

Founders
The team behind the work
Rama is a Salesforce Certified Application Architect with 16+ years in software and 8+ years architecting Salesforce Industries solutions. She has designed quote-to-order and self-service platforms for telecom carriers, a major energy utility and a health insurer. Her work includes a utility customer account platform used by 3 million customers, and a wireline quoting redesign that cut the quote cycle from 3 days to 4 hours.
Hari is a technology leader with 20+ years building enterprise software on Java and J2EE. He was Technical Director at a logistics software company, where he led a team of 10+ developers and built shipping platforms with carrier integrations. In 2020 he started VThink's software practice, delivering business solutions for healthcare and shipping clients, and led the build of ShipCRM, the company's own logistics platform. He designs API and microservice platforms in Java and Spring Boot, with React front ends, Kafka messaging, Redis caching and Drools workflow rules. His earlier work spans healthcare portals, trade finance for a global bank, and ERP integrations.
